RETURN POLICY
If something isn’t right or you just change your mind, I am happy to accept a return. To return your online purchase for a refund, simply return them via post.
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER VIA POST
Complete the return form that would have come with your order, pack the item(s) for return with the return form, attach the postage label and head to your local post office. Once I receive the package and confirm that it meets the Return Policy, I’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know! The refund will appear in your bank account in about 3-5 days after you receive an email. If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet the policy, I’ll contact you and can send your parcel back to you, but I’ll let you know first.
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased, I can refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be in working condition, without any damage, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once I have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above, so make sure you post it back to me in good time.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to me including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?
If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown I will happily meet my obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.

PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share your information when you use my Services. I receive your information through my mobile applications ("Apps") and/or websites, to which this Privacy Policy is posted.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT AND PROFILE INFORMATION
If you create an account, you will provide me with certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your social network account number and, if available, email address (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”). I may also collect non-identifying demographic information (such as your gender or date of birth), location, IP address and other information that is not considered PII because it cannot be used by itself to identify you.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
My primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve my Services, to administer your use of the Services (including your account, if you are a User), and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate my Services. In addition, I may use your information to send you information about my Services, respond to your requests and facilitate your use of the Services. LOCATION INFORMATION
In addition to profile information, if you choose to enable your computer or mobile device to send me location information I may collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into a rough geolocation or by accessing your mobile device’s GPS coordinates or coarse location. I may use and store information about your location, to provide features of my Services, such as providing location specific filters, and to improve and customize the Services with Content that has been tagged near your location. If you do not want me to collect location information, you may disable that feature on your mobile device.

I use “Cookie” technology to collect additional information, including usage data to provide and improve my Services. A Cookie is a small data file that is placed on your computer’s hard disk when you access my Services. My server automatically records information (“Log Data”) created by your use of the Services. I use Log Data to provide my Services and to measure, customize, and improve them. For instance, I may provide you with recommendations based on your use of the Services.

I collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use my Services, like a device identifier, user settings and the operating system of your device, as well as information about your use of my Services.

As part of my Services, you may or may not share your ride. You will be able to upload, delete, or set visibility of every record from your mobile device. In addition, other Users may view your records on the Services if you set visibility to public.

I engage third-party service providers to perform functions and provide services to me. These third-party service providers only have access to your PII for the purpose of performing services on my behalf and are expressly obligated not to disclose or use your PII for any other purpose.
INFORMATION SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES
I may share aggregated information and non-identifying information with third parties for industry research and analysis, demographic profiling and other similar purposes. For example, I utilize Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc., that I use to gather information about how Users and visitors engage with my Services. INFORMATION DISCLOSED FOR MY PROTECTION AND THE PROTECTION OF OTHERS
I cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. INFORMATION DISCLOSED IN CONNECTION WITH BUSINESS TRANSFERS
Information that I collect from my users, including PII, is considered to be a business asset. In the event that I am involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or if my assets are acquired by a third party in the event I go out of business or enter bankruptcy, some or all of my assets, including your PII, may be sold or transferred to a third party as part of that transaction.
YOUR CHOICES
I offer you choices regarding the collection, use and sharing of your PII and I’ll respect the choices you make. Please note that if you decide not to provide me with the PII that I request, you may not be able to access all of the features of the Services.
OPT-OUT
I may periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote my Services. When you receive such promotional communications from me, you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive. I do need to send you certain communications regarding the Services and you will not be able to opt out of those communications – e.g., communications regarding updates to my Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy.
MODIFYING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can also permanently delete your account or request that I delete your PII, by contacting me using the contact link on this website. I’ll take steps to delete your information as soon I can, but some information may remain in archived/backup copies for my records or as otherwise required by law.
THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
I take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the information that I collect from or about you (including your PII) from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, I cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
RESPONDING TO DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
My Site does not have the capability to respond to “Do Not Track” signals received from various web browsers.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
My Services may contain links to websites and services that are owned or operated by third parties (each, a “Third-party Service”). Any information that you provide on or to a Third-party Service or that is collected by a Third-party Service is provided directly to the owner or operator of the Third-party Service and is subject to the owner’s or operator’s privacy policy. I’m not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of any Third-party Service. To protect your information I recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of all Third-party Services that you access.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Your PII may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Any information that is collected via my Services is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.
